Most people don't understand humanity's situation. God was furious with humanity. However, God made a way for anyone to receive forgiveness, freedom, and an abundant life. These are not accomplished by human effort but are only found in Jesus Christ. God Himself took the full measure of His wrath against sin so that we might be free (2 Corinthians 5:16–21).

God is real, and everyone does exist beyond death. This is why what we do and our decisions before we die are of eternal importance. God's furious anger was poured out on Jesus, but eternal punishment remains on all who refuse Jesus, God's provision for salvation. I don't have more that I can add to this conversation.
